The Process Triage Facilitator Portal extension for Lucid is a structured pain point collection and Triage tool built for certified Process Triage facilitators. Facilitators submit operational pain points identified on a Lucid document through a guided flow to identify the appropriate remedy type and allow participants to rank them in priority order directly inside a virtual workshop in Lucid.
