What is the team geography template?

There’s a very good chance that your team doesn’t all work from the same location. The team geography template is an easy-to-use world map with pins and name tags to visualize where team members live. This template was created with partner Leo Barnes, the Lead Business Analyst at Ensono Digital.

How to use the team geography template in Lucidspark

Follow these instructions to use the team geography template.

1. Pick up a red pin and drop it on the map near your home.
2. Choose a "name tag" and place it outside the map near your pin.
3. Add your name and closest major city to the tag.
4. Add a line to link the pin to your name tag.
5. For extra visualization, place office locations on the map with different colored pins. If the entire team resides within one region, delete unnecessary map portions.

Tip: If many team members live in the same place, use the same dot and add lines to each name tag.
