How to create a use case diagram

Identify the actors

Determine the primary or secondary actors that will interact with this system. Primary actors are usually the people using the software, while secondary actors can be systems, databases, or hardware interactions.

Define the system boundaries

Create a large rectangle to represent the entire scope of the project. This separates the internal functionalities you are building from the external actors who trigger them.

List the specific goals or tasks an actor needs to complete within the system. Represent these as ovals inside the system boundary box and add clear labels.

Establish relationships and associations
