Let’s take a look at more specifically what the pairing of Lucid and airfocus might look like for a product team.

Imagine you and your team are planning how you’re going to contribute to a company-level objective of becoming a product leader in your category.

First, you pull insights such as feature requests, pain points, and customer suggestions from the airfocus customer feedback portal. Using those insights, you set up a brainstorming session in Lucidspark.

Your team considers the customer feedback and adds ideas for potential team-level objectives to sticky notes in Lucidspark. Then, using Lucidspark’s sorting and AI tools, you summarize the ideas and arrange them by themes. Next, your team can use Visual Activities in Lucidspark to collect feedback, prioritize ideas, and decide on a path forward.

This is where airfocus comes back in. You can add the team-level objective you decided on into airfocus as a formal objective. With the objective set, your team uses airfocus to build out roadmaps and map dependencies with other teams. You’ll see your objective alongside larger initiatives, roadmaps, backlogs, and team workflows.

Once you’ve built out the plans for your initiative and you’ve started delivering value, you can use integrations between Lucid, airfocus, and Jira or Azure DevOps to monitor and report on progress. Any changes made in Lucid will automatically update in airfocus, Jira, and ADO.
