The Lucid Suite provides a shared virtual space where teams can collaborate from anywhere in real time or asynchronously. Lucid’s interactive capabilities—Visual Activities, breakout boards, voting, emoji reactions, team estimation activities, and more—keep participants engaged and on track. They also foster connection, which is difficult to cultivate among dispersed teams. As a visual platform, Lucid enables collaborators to facilitate meetings and brainstorming sessions, clarify complex information, create and share documentation, and make informed decisions faster.

Lucid integrates with leading task and project management platforms, including airfocus, Airtable, Asana, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira, monday.com, and Smartsheet.

Team hubs provide a shared space for centralizing resources and documentation. Within a team hub, you can pin a team space that serves as a home base for coordination. The team space provides a shared workspace where team members can organize content and resources, assign tasks, monitor progress, and more.

You can share documents, boards, and folders from your Lucid home page and from within the editor. You can also use a Join ID that allows collaborators to access a document or board for a limited window of time. To manage permissions for collaborators, you can grant access to edit and share, edit, comment, or view. Additionally, within team hubs, team roles and permissions allow users to assign the right level of access to the team and to shared documents within the hub.

You can add up to 50 breakout boards to your main Lucidspark board. After you select to start a breakout session from the breakout board panel, all breakout boards will be visible to participants and they can select a board to join.

Team folders can be enabled in Lucidchart for Enterprise users. Lucid admins can choose to allow anyone in the org to create team folders or limit this functionality to admins. Once a team folder is created, you can invite other team members to collaborate by right-clicking on the team folder or any document within the team folder and selecting to share it.
